It's very useful to be able to show and download metrics about the current (each phase) and opcodes during a configurable start and stop interval.
This is essential in reporting errors to the car manufacturer and to verify that the charge scheduler actually works with the planned time settings.
The charge statistics with timeline can also be used to 1) verify the scheduling is working as expected 2) troubleshoot demand on the home electricity network such as NIBE heat pump thus reducing charge capacity available to Easee and 3) correlate night time tariff consumption with electricity provider.
Power together with current is interesting (if the charger can measure the power factor) since it is the power you are charged for and which actually charges the battery - not the current directly.

Completely agree. Often the current in each phase is not interesting, but the power tells if it's on full speed or not.
