Improvements

• Better charging site creation flow to make Site Operator selection a bit clearer.
• Moved Tools button from the hamburger menu into the main page.
• Simple progress indication when programming or erasing backplates.
• Better app bar title for sites with no name.

Fixes

• WiFi credentials input now with a max length check to make sure you cannot enter network names and passwords that are longer than the products allow.
• WiFi credentials input checked for invalid symbols like -./
• Fixed a bug where returning to a charging site at a later stage and programming backplates, the WiFi credentials would only be stored in the master charger, not the secondaries.
• Better caching of active countries to ensure the app will allow login/registration for newly activated countries.
